| 摘 要： | 从企业生命周期的角度论述了制造企业竞争优先权的选择问题,调和了取舍模型和积累模型的差异。通过“获得订单标准”和“订单资格标准”等概念的引入,试图使竞争优先权的选择分析变得清晰,给制造企业在进行制造战略选择时提供参考。

| Abstract: | From the angle of the life cycle,this paper discusses on the selection of the competitive priorities for the manufacturing companies,reconciling the differences between the trade-off model and the cumulative model,and through introducing the concepts of "order-winners" and "order-qualifiers",making the analysis on the selection of the competitive priorities clear,and providing the reference for the manufacturing companies in selecting the selection of the manufacturing strategies. |
