| 摘 要： | 传统法律心理同任何文化一样都是一把“双刃剑”,从正反两方面影响着公民的权益意识、平等意识、民主意识、主体意识、道德责任意识、进取意识、效率意识等等,对现代公民意识的培养起着二重作用。为此,必须培养公民的健康法律心理并探索建构现代公民意识的合理途径。

| Abstract: | Traditional legal psychology,like any other culture,h as both positive and negative effects on the citizens,which is similar to "a dou ble edged sword".This legal psychology performed dual function in developing ci tizen's modern consciousness such as awareness of rights and interests,of equali ty,democracy,subject,moral obligation, gumption and efficiency,etc.For this reas on,it is necessary to develop the citizen's healthy legal psychology and explore the rational way to construct citizen's modern consciousness. |
