摘    要:研究了人全血对He—Ne激光的反射和透射传输特性.实验采用单积分球系统及波长为632.8nm的He—Ne激光器,采用Kubelka—Munk模型分析和计算了不同血液样品的吸收系数、散射系数及总光强I(x)随厚度的变化情况.结果表明:K—M模型结合单积分球系统的测量方法可用于研究血液样品光学参数,不同类型的血液样品在K—M模型下的吸收系数或散射系数有差别,散射系数的差异较小,有3例胃癌患者血液的吸收系数与正常人有较大差异。

Abstract:The diffuse reflectance and transmittance of the human whole blood were studied. 632.8 nm wavelength of He-Ne laser was used in the experiment. The measurements were performed with single integrating sphere systems. The absorption coefficient, scattering coefficient and the changes of total optical intensities I (x) as a function of thickness of human whole blood were evaluated and analyzed from the experiment data by Kubelka-Munk model. The results of measurement showed that the optical properties of the blood sample can be studied by the method of K-M model combing with the single integrating sphere systems. There is difference of diffuse reflectance and transmittance in different kinds of human whole blood at 632.8 nm wavelength of He-Ne laser. The difference of scattering coefficient of human whole blood is smaller than that of absorption coefficient. Furthermore, the absorption coefficient of the three stomach carcinoma blood sample were bigger than that of the normal sample.
