高压螺旋输送机的组合密封结构设计及其有限元分析

摘    要:根据螺旋输送机的使用条件设计出能应用于高压螺旋输送机的组合密封结构,并用ANSYS建立其二维轴对称模型。分析滑环槽数、厚度以及O型圈压缩量对密封面接触压力的影响,以及滑环槽形对密封间隙内结构效应的影响。结果表明:随着滑环槽数和O型圈压缩量的增加以及滑环厚度的减少,密封面上的接触压力增大;随着滑环槽型的改变,当密封唇两端角度差越大时,结构效应越明显。最终确定当滑环上槽数为2,滑环厚度为2mm,O型圈压缩量为0.75mm时,密封结构能获得最佳的密封效果,同时滑环磨损减少,使用寿命延长。

Abstract:According to the practical service conditions, a combined seal structure has been developed for use in a high pressure screw conveyor. A two-dimensional axisymmetric model of the screw conveyor was established in ANSYS. A comparative analysis of the contact pressure on the sealing surface for different numbers of slots, thicknesses of slip rings, and O-ring compression was performed, and the structural effects in the sealing gap for different slot types were studied. The results showed that the contact pressure on the sealing surface increases with increasing number of slots and O-ring compression and also increases with decreasing thickness of the slip ring; with changes in slot type and increasing angle difference on the two sides of the sealing lip, the structural effects become more visible. The sealing effect was found to be optimized when there were two slots on the slip ring, the thickness of the slip ring was 2 mm and the O-ring compression was 0.75mm. Under these conditions, the slip ring was not subject to significant wear, and had a long lifetime.
