催化裂化装置的用能分析与改进

摘    要:基于流化催化裂化过程的特点及过程系统三环节能量结构模型,对国内某炼油厂催化裂化装置进行了能量和火用分析,提出了相应的用能优化改进措施。通过采取优化分馏塔回流取热、增加高温位中段及油浆等循环取热、增设烟机回收装置烟气压力能、优化换热网络和利用装置低温热等措施,可使装置能耗大幅度降低,节能效果显著。

Energy consumption analysis and improvement of a fluid catalytic cracking unit
Abstract:Based on the three-link energy structural model, the energy and exergy for a fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) unit in a domestic refinery were analyzed according to its energy consumption characteristics. The potential for improving energy consumption was identified, and the corresponding measures for improving energy consumption were proposed. The measures include optimization of pumparounds heat removal of the main fractionator, increment of heat removals in the high-temperature slurry and medium section, installation of flue-gas turbine to recover the pressure exergy of the flue-gas, adjustment of heat exchanger network and optimal utilization of low-temperature heat in the process. Therefore, the energy consumption of the FCC unit was lowered remarkably.
