空气横向掠过花瓣状翅片管传热强化性能研究

摘    要:本文报道空气横向掠过花瓣状翅片管的传热强化实验研究结果,分析比较了七种花瓣状翅片管的传热强化机理与性能,给出了包括翅片参数在内的传热准数与流体阻力系数关联式,找出了较佳翅片参数范围。本文还比较了花瓣状翅片管与波纹状高翅片管的传热强化性能,比较结果表明,花瓣状翅片管在节省空气换热器管材消耗方面明显优于波纹状高翅片管。

Abstract:This paper gives the report of experiment investigation of heat transferenhancement of air flowing across petal-form fin tubes. Seven petal-form fin tubeswith fin height of h/Do=0.0947 to 0. 126 and fin pitch of p/Do =0.0526 to 0. 132have been tested. The mechanism of heat transfer enhancement of these roughenedtubes has been analysed and correlations of heat transfer coefficient and fluid friction factor of petal-form fin tubes including tube fin parameters have been established. This paper also compares the effects of heat transfer enhancement betweenpetal-form fin tubes and wave form high fin tube. The results of comparison showthat more heat transfer area of air cooling heat exchangers can be saved by usingpetalform fin tubes than by wave-form high fin tubes.
