| 摘 要： | 基建工程造价控制是基建管理的根本要点之一,工程造价控制贯穿于工程项目实施的全过程,工程项目的投资决策、方案设计阶段是控制投资的关键,项目招投标、合同约定、施工过程、竣工结算阶段是控制造价不可或缺的环节。
