摘    要:介绍了一种新型静电质量流量测量方法,该方法使粉体流经预先设置的电场,在粉体表面产生与粉体质量流量间有一确定关系的极化电荷,测量过程不影响流体在管道中的流动状态,测量装置简单,耐用,可直接得到质量流量输出,因此特别适合于工业过程控制。

Abstract:The paper introduces a method of mass flowrate measurement based on polarized charge, which is a kind of new electrostatic method. Polarized charges generate on the particles when they pass electric field, and the quantity of charge has the direct relationship with mass flowrate of pulverized material in pneumatic pipeline. The method has no disturbance on the state of the flow, and this kind of flowmeter is simple and durable and can get output of mass flowrate directly. The method is especially suitable for the process of industrial control.
