错峰出行对城市交通的影响分析

摘    要:介绍了国内外错峰出行的研究与实施的基本情况,并分析了该制度对交通系统的作用机理.由于交通在时间与空间上的分布相互关联,考虑了交通产生点和吸引点在空间的分布、出行量大小和职业类别比例等影响因素,建立了居民通勤、通学出行随时间分布的模型,并根据错峰上班实施前后出行随时间分布的规律,建立了错峰上班的交通影响模型,给出了评价交通效益的参数,用于该策略的可行性研究.并实际调查不同时间段小型路网区域的流量,使用宏观交通仿真软件反推起讫点(oD)矩阵,根据文中建立的模型计算交通效益,得出相关结论.

Abstract:An analysis of the effect of staggered shifts on traffic system is made on the basis of an introduction of the study and practice of staggered shifts at home and abroad. As traffic distributions in time and space are associated with each other, many factors are considered for setting up travel distribution model based on change of time. Based on the model, travel impact model of staggered shifts is built, transportation benefits parameter for assessment is proposed and calculation flow figure is derived. In the end, some advice is presented for improvement of the model.
