| Abstract: | This paper reports the observation of Pieries Brassical Granulosis Virus (PbGV) Genome, the molecular weight measurement, the location of the granulin gene by R-loop technique, the reaction of restriction endonuclease and the virus genome, the observation of recombinant DNA, and the het-erogenity of plasmid molecules. All the information came from observation under electron microscope. |
