电子剪切散斑干涉术中剪切棱镜误差分析

摘    要:对剪切棱镜的出射角及放置位置在电子剪切散斑干涉中产生的影响作了理论分析,分析表明,剪切棱镜的出射角及与CCD的距离越小,测量的精度越高,但灵敏度越小.

Abstract:The error of the output angle and position of the prism in ESSPI is analyzed. The analysis indicates that the smaUer of the output angle of the prism and the position of the prism away from the CCD, the higher of the accuracy and the lower of the sensitivity.
