镉、锌及其相互作用对小麦种子根生长的影响

摘    要:本文以小麦种子根为材料,研究了Cd~(2+)、Zn~(2+)及其相互作用对其生长发育及生理指标的影响。结果表明:0.05ppmCd~(2+)和0.5ppm,5ppmzn~(2+)对小麦种子根的生长发育及生理活动有促进作用,而当Cd~(2+)]>0.5ppm,Zn~(2+)]>5ppm对其生长发育及生理活动具有抑制作用,Cd~(2+)和Zn~(2+)之间的关系不仅与二者的绝对浓度有关,而且还与Zn~(2+)/Cd~(2+)]有关。

Abstract:The effects of Cd~(2+),Zn~(2+)and Cd~(2+)-Zn~(2+)interaction on the wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)growth and physiological index of the wheat roots have been studied in this test.The result shows that:0.05ppm Cd~(2+)0.5ppm Zn~(2+)and 5ppm Zn~(2+)can stimulate the growth and physiological activity of the wheatroots,whenCd~(2+)]>0.5ppm,Zn~(2+)]>5ppm,they hurt the growth of the wheat roots.The relations be-tween Cd~(2+)and Zn~(2+)do not only depend on their abslute concentration but also on theZn~(2+)]/Cd~(2+)].
