自动配裁服装里子样板模型的设计及应用

基于图形变换原理,对自动配裁服装里子样板模型中各型值点的确定,提出了“动态”变换矩阵模型及对特殊曲线上中间型值点进行双向柔性化处理的有效设计方法;三次样条函数作为里子样板曲线模型的设计方案。结合服装里子样板与表布样板结构轮廓的不同情况与变化,研究了多种情况下适用于自动配裁服装里子样板的设计变换,并进行了模型应用规律的分析说明。

Design and Application of the Computer Model of Cutting Cloth Lining Patterns Automatically

Based on the computer graphics principle, for the definition of every point in the model of cutting cloth lining patterns, this paper proposes a model of "dynamic" transformable matrix and a valid design method of controlling gently in two-way the center point in the special curves. lake the design program of the curve model of lining patterns, the cubic function is also being proposed. Depending on the difference in the structure and outline between lining patterns and surface cloth patterns , the author also studied the design variation applicable to cutting lining patterns automatically under various conditions, explaining the principle about how to apply the model.
