| Abstract: | This paper generalizes the history and status quo of the relationship between drug purity and measurement of penalty in our country.The author points out that drug purity plays an important role in the measurement of penalty to a drug crime defendant and puts forward some proposals to the amendment of Article 357 in the current criminal law currently in force. |
