| 摘 要： | 企业ERP是现代企业管理的一个标志，是企业先进管理技术应用的一个典范。在分析国内企业ERP应用方面存在的问题的基础上，提出了动态企业模型的管理思想，并对大型企业检修标准化平台和业务流程重组进行了讨论。

This paper analysed the problems of ERP application of an enterprise in our country,put forward administration ideas of a dynamic enterprise model, and discusse the standard platform of an enterprise overhaul and reengineering of business process. |
