| 摘 要： | 讨论了在 Internet网上构筑消息平台的目的和方法。利用 Client/Server模型构建了消息平台架构 ,从而使互联网的工作方式由被动转换为主动 ,进而提高了互联网的工作效率。实际应用表明 ,所讨论的方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | The significance and technique of constructing internet message platform was discussed. Utilizing Client/Server model, internet can be changed from passivity to activity. This will improve the work efficiency of Internet. The practical application shows that this method is feasible. |
