摘    要:可控电解珩磨是以微机实时控制电解珩磨过程中工件表面的电解电场强度 ,从而调控各点的金属去除速度 ,获得工件要求几何形状精度的新加工方法 .该方法在降低工件表面粗糙度的同时 ,还具有纠正工件几何形状误差的能力 ,尤其适用于高精度复杂形状工件和难加工金属材料的精密加工 .采用不完全微分 PID算法实现电解电流的闭环控制 ,并且应用人工神经网络技术建立系统的施电模型 .实验结果表明 ,该方法可获得满意的加工精度 .

Abstract:Field controlling electro chemical honing is a new brand of machining methods. Microcomputer is in real time controlling the electrolytical field at the electro chemical dissolution spot of workpiece,which is scanning over the workpiece surface during the machining process, so that the rate of metal removal is varying during the scanning, and the required geometry of the workpiece can be obtained. The inexact differential PID algorithm is adopted to implement the closed loop control of the electro chemical dissolution current. The current distribution model on artificial neural network is established. The experimental results show that the method has a good stability and high precision.
