关于阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺在亚硫酸盐苇浆中助滤性能的研究

摘    要:本实验对阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)在亚硫酸盐苇浆中的助滤规律和机理做了研究。结果表明,CPAM是优良的助滤剂,它的效果受分子中胺基含量的影响很大。在我国,芦苇是一种重要的制浆造纸原料。研究CPAM在苇浆中的助滤性能,在国内外尚属初次。因此,本实验结果对改善苇浆抄造有一定的指导意义。


Studying on the Role of Cationic Polyacrylamide as Dewatering Aid in Reed Pulp
Abstract:Reed pulp has been used extensively in China for the maunfacture of printings and writings. However, paper machine's running with reed pulp is generally handicapped by slower drainage at the wet end.Our laboratory work shows that improvement can be fairly accomplished with the addition of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)to the pulps, provided that environmental properties (pH etc.)are favorable. It is found that the role of CPAM as dewatering aid is affected mainly by its amine group content. Discussions on the mechanism of CPAM are also presented in this paper.
