| 摘 要： | 编辑出版的全过程是一个系统工程，编辑能力大小，编辑部能力结构状况直接影响期刊质量和编辑部各项工作的效益，本文试就编辑能力结构的内涵，编辑能力结构的要素及能力结构化途径等作些探讨，以期有关方面进一步关心和重视编辑能力的培养和提高。

| Abstract: | The whole course of editorial publishment is a systematic project.The individual capability of the editors and the make-up of their capacity will directly influence the quality of the journal and the efficiency of every editorial step. This paper probes into the connotation and essential factors of capacity make-up and approaches to its optimization,hoping for further consideration and attention to the training and promoting of editors' ability. |
