西红花甙精制工艺研究

摘    要:对西红花提取物的精制品进行了分析,定性分析采用薄层色谱法,以西红花甙-1、甙-2为对照品,乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(100:16.5:13.5)为展开剂,展开:定量分析则以西红花甙-1为基准物,采用分光光度法于432nm处进行测定.结果表明精制后的西红花甙含量明显高于精制前的含量,甚至是其一倍.

Abstract:This paper has analyzed to the extraction of the saffron crocus that has been refined. The qualitative analysis using thin layer chromatography which crocin-1 and crocin-2 as the check samples and the ethy1 acetate-methanol-water (100:16.5:13.5) as the developing agent; the quantitative analysis determinate in 432nm by using the spectrophotometric method. Thd results showed that the content of saffron crocus after refinement were obviously higher (even doubled the samples) than before.
