| Abstract: | Based on the weakening of local stiffness in crack gear, it is pointed out that phase modulation in meshing vibration is a characteristic reflecting the information of fatigue crack. The contribution and trasmission of fault information are investigated, then the recognizing problem of similar and dissimilar faults is solved. |
