贵州客观上存在着生态与经济的双重贫困,石漠化现象严重。在石漠化治理过程中,必须以人为本,标本兼治,将生态环境治理与资源开发与经济建设结合起来。从政策制定,产业结构调整,科技引导和党政重视,部门集成服务等方面切实做好工作,实现双重贫困的有效治理,促进人与自然的和谐发展。

Control of desertification in Guizhou

Objectively, a two-sided poverty of ecology and economy is faced in Guizhou karst region now. And a serious phenomenon of the desertification can be seen. Human-centered guideline must be emphasized for the control of desertification with the integration of ecological environment with resources exploitation and economic construction. In order to treat the two-sides poverty effectively, concrete work should be done earnestly with policymaking, adjustment of industrial structure, guidance by science and technology, government recognition, and integrated services of departments. In this way harmonious relations between mankind and nature will be developed.
