摘    要:国际劳工标准争论焦点不断变化,将国际劳工标准作为贸易标准成为贸易国际化的必然趋势.中国现行立法面临挑战,特别是劳动法需要完善:遵守国际劳工公约关于最低就业年龄的规定;规定一定条件下的罢工权;应明确规定不得强迫劳动;建立统一的国内就业市场,杜绝或减轻劳动力市场上的就业歧视.

Abstract:It is an inevitable trend of internationalization of business to regard international labor standards as the transaction criterion.Under such a changing situation,the current legislation in China especially the labor law faces a huge challenge,which needs to be revised: complying with international labor conventions on the limitation of minimum employment age;securing the right to strike under certain circumstances;establishing the system to fight against forced labor;setting up a uniform labor market across China,and eradicating the discrimination in employment.
