合金渗碳钢件锻造余热等温正火生产线工艺设计理论的研究

摘    要:本文研究了合金渗碳钢锻件正火后应该具备的显微组织和硬度要求,提出了一种适合大量生产的既可提高钢件正火质量,又可大量节约热能的利用锻造余热等温正火新工艺及其生产线的组成,并对工艺设计理论进行了讨论。

Abstract:The microstructure and hardness requirements of forged carburizing alloy steel parts after normalizing have been studied.A new heat treatment process,isothermal normalizing using residual forging heat,has been explored.The process can improve the normalizing quality of forged steel parts,and save a large amount of heat energy.The assembly of the production line for carrying out the process is also propo,ed and the design theory of the process is discussed.
