锌对冬小麦抗旱性的影响及其机理的研究

摘    要:本文以抗旱性不同的冬小麦为材料,研究了幼苗在正常供水和土壤水分胁迫下,六种微量元素的含量及其在体内分布的变化。结果表明:抗旱品种在正常条件下对锌的吸收较不抗旱品种多,水分胁迫下,不抗旱品种吸锌量减少,而抗旱品种却显著增加。用锌对小麦进行拌种处理,对提高不抗旱品种保水力的作用比较明显。进一步研究表明:水分胁迫下,锌能有效地增加细胞膜稳定性和SOD(超氧物歧化酶)活性;提高脯氨酸在体内的含量;能使幼苗的呼吸酶活性保持在适当的水平。

Abstract:The seedlings of two wheat varieties, drought-resistant CV. Jin Mai No. 17 and drought-sensitive CV. Jin Mai No. 8, were used in the experiments to study the changes in content and distribution of 6 kinds of trace elements under normal and water stress conditions. The results showed that the drought-resistant variety took in more zinc than that of drought-sensitive one under normal eondition; in contrary, under water stress condition, the drought-sensitive variety diminished the absorption, but the drought-resistant variety, on the other hand, increased the absorption at a marked level. Seed dressing with zinc could obviously increase the power of water preservation in plant. Further study showed that zinc could efficiently increase the stability of cellular membrane,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the contents of proline, and could keep the respiration rate at a convenient level when the seedling submited itself to water stress.
