| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了雪松茎尖及叶片切段的试管培养方法。在含有萘乙酸(0.1—0.3毫克/升),6—苄基腺嘌呤(1—5毫克/升)和生物素(1毫克/升)的 MS 培养基上,在黑暗中培养约四周能很快地得到愈伤组织,但是未能诱导出芽苗和根。

| Abstract: | Method for the culture of shoot tip and leaf section culture of cedar (Cedrus Deodara Loud.)in testtubes is described.All of the culture was proliferated in the dark on Murashige and Skoog medium containing naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)0.1—0.3mg/l,benzyladenine(BA)1—5mg/l, and biotin(Vit.H)1mg/l.Rapid multiplicaxion of the callus might be obtained within four weeks.But neither shoot nor root could be obtained. |
