摘    要:高速、重载、小型轻量齿轮在汽车、工程机械中用量日益增多.因此,对齿轮强度设计的可靠性要求也相应提高.但GB3480-83中仍是沿用安全系数的大小来表征所设计齿轮可靠性的高低,设计结果难以客观反映齿轮可靠度值.为此本文以GB3480-83所给标准为基础,用概率统计中的随机变量的变异系数之和定律对齿轮进行可靠性设计.

Abstract:Now more and more high-speed,heavy-duty,small size and light-weight gears are used on automobiles and engineering machineries with a correspondent increase of requirement for the reliability of strength design of gears.But the value of safety factor in the present standard GB3480-83 is still used to stand for the reliability so that it is difficult for the design to reflect the fixed value of the reliability of gears objectively.So this article,in accordance with standard GB3480-83, analyses comprehensively home and abroad data of strength design of gears and the reliability of gears in the law of the sum of random varisble and variation coefficient.
