摘    要:在光线微分方程的基础上,我们建立了一个极精确的波分复用器损耗计算模型.这个模型考虑了自聚焦棒的色差和器件的串扰等细节.借助于光线追迹法和单纯形加速法,我们编制了波分复用器性能优化程序.由此,我们得到了一些新的结果,还导出了一个选择最佳棒长的通用公式.与采用四分之一波节长度相比,采用最佳棒长可显著降低波分复用器的损耗.

Abstract:On the basis of Eikonal equation, a fairly accurate computation model of WDM device loss has been set up considering the chromatism of GRIN rod lens, erosstalk, and other details. By means of the ray tracing method and the simplex method, a program used to optimize the characteristics of multiplexer is given. From that, some new results are obtained. A generalized formula which gives the optimum lengths of GRIN rod lens used for WDM devices has also been derived. Compared with one quarter pitch, the GRIN rod lens using optimum length can reduce the losses of WDM devices dramatically.
