| 摘 要： | 通过对贵州省社会体育专业人才能力需求的重要程度、人才类型需求的重要程度、城市居民的健身情况进行调查分析,并针对贵州省社会体育发展的实际情况,为进一步推动贵州省社会体育活动的可持续发展,有效加快贵州省社会体育专业人才的培养,提出了可借鉴依据和解决办法.

| Abstract: | Through the methods of questionnaire, documentary, interview and statistics, the essay analyzes the importance ot the needs of social physical talents, talent types and the citizens'fitness exercises in Guizhou Province. Based on these results and the current situation of social physical development, it proposes the basis and means of policy planning in order to further propel the sustainable development of social physical activities, change the shortage of such talents and accelerate the cultivation of social physical talents in Guizhou Province. |
