FMS中加工设备负荷分配算法研究

摘    要:研究柔性制造系统中加工设备负荷分配问题和极大消去法的应用.在考虑设备的历史加工负荷和设备被选权重的基础上,提出了一种新的负荷分配算法--改进极大消去法,使设备负荷分配更加实用可行,并应用矩阵进行运算,为CAPP和生产调度的集成实现创造了条件.最后给出了该算法的算例分析结果.

Abstract:Optimal workload assignment among machining tools in a FMS and the method of maximum expurgation are studied. A new method of workload assignment, namely the improved maximum expurgation is given, considering all early workloads and weighting of the machining tools being chosen. Conditions of integration of CAPP and PPS is established using the matrix. The result of operation is given by an example.
