莫尔等高条纹图数字图像处理与分析系统

摘    要:以IBM PC/XT微机和PCVISION图像插板为基础,开发了一个用于全视场,非接触式的三维信息获取与显示的微机莫尔等高条纹数字图像处理与分析系统.将被摄入的莫尔条纹图经图像预处理后,通过条纹处理与分析,最后获取与显示三维信息,除确定条纹级次外,所有处理与分析都是自动实现.全部软件用C语言编制实现.

Abstract:A moire contour image analysis system (MCIAS) was developed based on IBM PC/XT microcomputer and FCVISION plus image board. Moire contour image was captured into frame memory in real-time via TV camera and high speed flash A/D converter. Several digital image processing techniques such as smoothing end enhancement were used to do the pre-processing so as to improve the quality of input image. A two-dimensional peak detection method was proposed to extract the main band of the fringe. Then thinning operation was performed. Fringe orders were determined via an interative way. The deci.mal fringe orders of the pixels between fringes were computed using the cubic spline interpolation. Three dimensional information of the observed ebject was computed and displayed, including the height of arbitrary points, the relative height between any two points, the vertical and horizontal cross-section graph and three dimen-sional contour graph. The processing and analyais process were automaticlly executed except deciding the fringe orders.
