车用永磁同步电机控制系统实验平台开发

摘    要:为研究车用驱动电机控制策略的有效性,本文开发了基于DSP2812的车用永磁同步电机控制系统实验平台.实验平台由硬件系统和软件系统两大部分组成,其中,硬件系统包括主电路、控制电路和驱动保护电路,软件系统包括下位机程序和上位机调试程序,实验平台通过上位机调试界面监测电机运行状态,并可直接修改下位机程序相关参数,使得验证永磁同步电机高性能控制策略十分便捷.最后,在实验平台上测试了永磁同步电机最大转矩比电流矢量控制策略,得出转速响应曲线和电机控制精度图,利用此平台进行实验,参数修正容易,调试方便,为研究车用永磁同步电机高性能控制策略奠定了实验基础.

Abstract:In order to test the efficiency of motor control strategy,developed a platform based on DSP2812,named permanent magnet synchronous motor control system which used in vehicle. This platform consists of hardware system and software system. The hardware system includes the main circuit,control circuit and protection circuit;the software system is composed by program of the host computer and the console computer,the host computer monitors the running state of motor through debugging interface,and modifies parameters of the console computer which makes test more convenient. Finally,test a permanent magnet synchronous motor with rated power 110 kw to get the speed response curve and the accuracy of the motor control experiment. The bench test proved the algorithm is effective,also it is convenient to modify parameters and debug. And the research provide the experiment basis of motor control strategy study.
