| Abstract: | Under new current situation,it is neccessary to promote the importance of the cultural and ideological progress and to go out of our way to do research on the new function of the Communist Youth League in the higher education's cultural and ideological progress furthermore,it is the most effective way to embody the essence of the resolution of the 6th plenary session of the 14th Party Central Committee and the 15th Party Central Committee. |
