| 摘 要： | 创新型人才的培养，需要创新型教育、创新型教学和创新型教师，其中，创新型教师是关键。分析了创新型教师的表征和创新型教师教育的价值选择，并从创新教育观念、创新教育模式、创新教育内容、创新教育方法、创新教育环境等几个维度，探讨了高师培养创新型教师的策略。

| Abstract: | The training of innovative talents demands the innovative education, instruction and teachers, among which the innovative teachers play a key role. The innovative teachers have their own special characters and the education of innovative teachers has its own value orientation. The strategy of higher normal education to train innovative teachers should focus on such dimensions as innovative education concept, model, content, methodology and environment. |
