摘    要:不完全蜗壳水轮机的引水部分对于水轮机性能及平面尺寸有重大影响。传统的设计方法是通过简单计算和凭经验进行的,很不完善。介绍一种新的工程上实用的优化设计方法,通过对进水流道、蜗壳的蜗形部分以及双排叶栅分别进行流动分析和优化计算进行设计。其蜗形部分不采用速度矩为常数的假设,固定导叶的形状沿圆周是变化的,以便与来流相适应; 固定导叶与活动导叶两环列叶栅之间的相对位置是由优化计算确定的。实验证明,这种设计方法对于提高水轮机的效率或减小平面尺寸是有效的

Abstract:Diversion parts of water turbine with non complete volute have a great effect on the performance of turbine and its width size. A new practical optimization design method of the diversion parts was introduced by using flow analyses and optimizational calculations for the intake passage, spiral casing, and double row cascades. The hypothesis of constant velocity moment was not used for the spiral parts design, and the shapes of stay vanes are different along the circumference so that they can adapt their coming flows. The relative position between two cascades of stay vanes and guide vanesis was determined by optimization. The results show that this method is effective for improving the performance of turbine or decreasing its width size.
