| 摘 要： | 设计一套基于典型钢铁企业大型原料场的计算机过程控制系统,制定并收集卸料、运输以及料场的配料等日常作业情况,同时收集库存信息,保证混匀料的质量稳定以及后续工序原料的稳定供应,提高管理精度,并讨论了计算机控制皮带等移动传输设备的路径如何优化。结果表明,在原料场进行计算机过程控制管理,能合理化安排各种作业,减少人员工作负荷,对提升原料场的管理水平具有很明显的效用。
