摘    要:提出一种基于支持向量机学习蛋白质结构域的边界预测方法. 在分析多序列比对结果的基础上, 定义了几种能够直接或间接反映蛋白质结构属性及结构域信息的新方法. 结果表明, 蛋白质序列信息预测边界信号的正确识别率达85%以上, 具有较好的泛化能力.
