锭子弹性支承刚度对其不平衡响应的影响

摘    要:将锭子分解为锭杆和支承两个子结构,采用传递矩阵法导出锭杆的不平衡响应动力学方程,运用动态子结构方法分析计算了一种双弹性支承纺纱锭子的不平衡响应,作出了用于锭子弹性支承优化设计的锭子的不平衡响应与支承动刚度参数关系曲面。

Abstract:Disassembling a ring-spinning spindle into two substructures of blade and support, the dynamic equation of the blade unbalance response is deduced by applying transfer matrix. And the curved surfaces that indicate the relationships between spindle unbalance response and elastic support dynamic stiffness for one kind of double elastic support's ring-spinning spindle are calculated and analyzed. The methods and results of analysis and calculation would be valuable to optimize the design of elastic support of spindle.
