摘    要:对放电参量和电极结构与臭氧的关系进行了较为系统的实验研究,结果发现电晕电压、电晕电流、负离子浓度、电晕线线经、线长、网状电极网孔尺寸和板间距离均对臭氧浓度有影响。

Abstract:The relationships of the ozone concentration with the discharge parameters and electrode comfiguration have been experimently investigated.The results show that the ozone concentration is effected by corona voltage,corona current.negative ion concenration,corona wire diameter,corona wire length,the opening of the mesh electrode and space between the cathode and anode.
