含硫双Schiff碱及其金属配合物的合成与生物活性研究

摘    要:合成了茚三酮-1,3-双缩肼基二硫代甲酸苄酯(HL1),茚三酮-1,3-双缩氨基硫脲(HL2)2种含硫双Schiff碱及它们的铜、钴等金属配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、差热和摩尔电导的测试等对其进行了表征.并测试了双Schiff碱配体对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性.

Abstract:Tow Bis-Schiff bases containing sulphur,Ninhydrin-1,3-bis(S-benzyldithiocarbazate) and Ninhydrin-1,3-bisthiosemicarbazone,and their copper,cobalt complexes were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,UV-visible,IR and DTA,and molar conductivity testing.Their antibacterial activity was studied.The results showed these complexes have some bioactivity to Escherichia,coli and Bacillus subtilis.
