| 摘 要： | 本文阐明高校理论课教师的职业地位和作用决定其必须讲政治及其意义。着重论述高校政治理论课教师讲政治的关键是自身有过硬的政治素养，主要任务是帮助学生树立科学的世界观、正确的人生观和价值观，实质是用科学的理论武装人，而根本目的则是培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的四有新人。
