| 摘 要： | 采用生态学研究方法和分子生物学技术,以滨海湿地鸟类等脊椎动物为研究对象,尤其以鹭科鸟类为主,研究动物多样性与环境的相互关系,分析鸟类繁殖生态及其关键环境影响因素,探讨滨海湿地鸟类食物链的污染物转移与富集规律,建立鸟类物种及性别的分子生物学鉴定技术,分析鹭科鸟类种群遗传多样性及其影响因素,探讨濒危物种的致危机制,以期促进生物多样性及其栖息地的保护.
