| 摘 要： | 1995年出台的<中华人民共和国体育法>,受当时政治,经济影响,有诸多不足之处.2008年北京奥运会成功举办后,我国体育事业迎来了新的发展.只有注重体育法及其外延的紧密结合,加强<中华人民共和国体育法>的配套立法,同时将立法重心从竞技体育转向全民健身,改革体育人才培养模式,加大体育无形资产法律保护的力度,细化体育行政执法规范,注重体育复合人才的培养,才能切实有效地完善我国现行体育法,保障我国体育事业持续健康发展.
