摘    要:针对传统模型和现有算法对配电网无功优化带来的电压波动和网络损耗等问题,提出一种基于改进元胞差分算法的含风、光的配电网无功优化方法。建立了风电、光伏的随机概率出力模型,获取了其出力预测数据,以电压波动、有功损耗和电压越限3个目标为优化函数,通过权重系数将三目标模型转换为双目标模型,建立了含风电、光伏的双目标配电网无功优化模型。通过电压稳定指标(voltage stability index,VSI)对配电网各个时段的电压的稳定性进行评价,用改进元胞差分算法对模型进行求解,并利用测试函数对算法进行验证。结果表明,较传统模型和传统算法而言,所提模型和所用算法均能有效降低配电网的电压波动和减小配电网的有功损耗,从而保证电网的安稳运行。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of voltage fluctuation and network loss caused by traditional models and existing algorithms on the reactive power optimization of the distribution network, we propose a new type of reactive power distribution network containing wind and light based on the improved cell difference algorithm. First, the random probability output model of wind power and photovoltaic power is established, and the output forecast data is obtained. Second, taking the three objectives of voltage fluctuation, active power loss and voltage over-limit as optimization functions, the three-objective model is converted into a double-objective model by weight coefficient, and a double-objective reactive power optimization model of distribution network with wind power and photovoltaic is established. Then the voltage stability index VSI is used to evaluate the voltage stability of the distribution network in each period. Finally, the improved cell difference algorithm is used to solve the model, and the test function is used to verify the algorithm. The results show that compared with traditional models and traditional algorithms, the models and algorithms proposed in this article can effectively reduce the voltage fluctuations of the distribution network and reduce the active power loss of the distribution network, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the power grid.
