数控加工仿真中螺旋立铣刀的建模

摘    要:针对现有数控加工仿真中物理仿真功能不准确问题,讨论了满足物理仿真要求的刀具建模理论和方法;阐述了螺旋立铣刀的建模过程;提出了统一的立铣刀轮廓模型、精确的切削刃表达方法和粗略的刀具表面模型;建立了不同截面螺旋线的通用方程;并用计算机语言加以实现.此模型可为切削加工仿真过程准确提取铣刀瞬时切削刃的长度、切削点的坐标和局部刀刃的几何形状.

Abstract:The forecast of the physical simulation in the current numerical control (NC) process simulation is not accurate. To resolve the problem, the theory and modeling method that can satisfy the request of the physical simulation are put forward and expounded. With this concept, helical end mills are modeled. In the course of modeling, the unitive geometry model of endmills, the accurate expressions of the blade and the simple surface model are presented. The universal equation for the different sectional helix is put forward.And it is realized with computer language.These lay the foundation of the physical simulation process that needs the coordinate of the cutting point,and the length and shape of the blade.
