| 摘 要： | 应用HBV表面抗原酶标试剂盒和诊断HBVDNA的PCR试剂盒分别检测可能污染有HBV的不同来源标本30份，结果ELISA法检出HBsAg阳性5例，检出率16．7％；PCR法检出HBVDNA阳性12例，检出率40％，明显高于ELISA法，提示应用PCR技术探讨乙肝病毒传播途径似乎效果更好。

| Abstract: | Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique was used to study hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA, and enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) was adopted to detect HBsAg in the 30 different samples in which 12 cases were HBVDNA positive by ELISA,with rate of 40% and 5 were HBsAg positly by ELISA,with rate of 16. 7%. This result indicates that the PCR superior to the ELISA in detection of hapertitis B virus. |
