五区电除尘技术原理及应用

摘    要:为了满足节能减排的迫切需要和污染治理的严格要求,针对电除尘器提效改造提出了五区电除尘的理念,研发了五区电除尘试验装置,进行了五区收尘机理试验及模拟工况优化试验。并将该技术应用到二电场烧结机头电除尘器提效改造工程中,经过4年的工业考核,证实其性能优良、工作可靠且运行稳定。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of less energy consumption and less pollutions emission, the concept of Five Area Electrostatic Precipitating (FA-ESP) Technology is proposed, the related equipment is developed, the mechanism and the optimization in industrial conditions are studied. Finally, the application of FA-ESP in a two-area ESP innovation project is described.
