| 摘 要： | 本文应用拓扑指数法研究烷烃化合物的色谱保留指数，并通过多元回归分析得到了烷烃的拓扑结构与色谱保留指数的良好的相关性，当测得某一有机物的保留指数时便可估计其结构特征，从而为烷烃化合物的色谱定性分析提供了可靠的信息。
