| 摘 要： | 从复杂系统的角度研究大型船舶平台购置费的预测问题。在分析国内外常用费用预测和费用估算方法的基础上，针对大型船舶平台购置费预测的特点，提出了立项论证阶段基于等工程价值比的大型船舶平台购置费预测方法：通过计算船舶专业价格指数和等工程价值比，运用基于费用估算关系式和基于吨建造费的购置费预测方法，分别进行了大型船舶平台购置费的估算，两个结果相互验证。
