河北蔚县矿区水资源管理

用水文地质数学模型，对蔚县矿区各井田奥陶系灰岩岩溶水不同设计水平的涌水量进行了预测，根据环境水文地质问题，分析了人工补给的必要性和可能性，建立了矿区水资源系统的管理模型；用对偶单纯形法对之进行了求解，证明了优化管理模型的正确性和可靠性，给出了最佳管理方案，为水资源的合理开发和综合利用提供了途径，收到了较好的效益。

Water Resources Management of the Yuxian County Mining Region in Hebei Province

In this paper,hydrogeologic mathematical model is used to predict the mine inflow of karstic water in Ordovician limestone in different fields at the different designing mining levels in the Yuxian county mining region.In consideration of the environmental hydrogeological problems,necessity and probability of artificial recharge are analysed,management model of water resources system in the mining region is set up and is solved by a dualization simplex method.The correctness and reliability of the optimal management model are verified.The best management scheme is given,which provides means for rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of water resources.
